A unique opportunity for young people who want to continue their education. At the Adecco Foundation, we are committed to ensuring that young people with disabilities obtain the broadest possible academic training before making the leap into the world of work.
The Adecco Foundation has designed a powerful communication campaign in which three well-known faces have participated: Juan Manuel Montilla, “El Langui”; Desirée Vila, a Paralympic athlete; and Carolina Iglesias, a scriptwriter and collaborator of Cadena 40 Principales. The objective of the campaign is to transmit to society the normalization of people with disabilities and to promote that they can do the same and better jobs than any other worker. Humor has been the key to the message that is wanted to be transmitted with this campaign: “If what you like is learning new things: study, son, study.”
