About Dedé Paraizo
Above all, with more than 180 compositions recorded by great MPB interpreters, Dedé Paraizo is one of the greatest composers in Brazil. His songs have marked generations, setting an example of rich harmony and poetry.
Dedé is also a multi-instrumentalist, being respected for his guitar, cavaquinho, viola and tambourine.
He was born in Belo Horizonte and had a very varied musical background bank data but it was when he moved to São Paulo that he became one of the most sought-after voices to work in studios.
His compositions have been recorded by Grupo Sensação, Sérgio Reis, Zeca Pagodinho, Alcione, Só para contrariar, and several other great names in Brazilian music.
Furthermore, Dedé specialized in composing soundtracks, having participated in numerous reports on Globo Rural over the last 10 years, composing on ecological and rural themes.
However, the most remembered success in his career was undoubtedly being a member of the samba group “Demônios da Garoa”, of which he has been a member since 2009.
