We are looking for a Customer Service professional to join our Customer Success team and our astronaut crew!
Requirements
– Experience with advertising services;
– Knowledge of Digital Marketing (Paid Traffic, SEO, Inbound amazon database Marketing, Website/Landing Page, Social Networks, etc.);
– Be proactive, focused on solutions and resilient to conduct activities with the client and the team on a daily basis;
– Have ease of communication, good writing, analytical power and a lot of organization.
Main responsibilities
– Collection and analysis of briefings;
– Request and coordination of activities with the team and the client;
– Review of parts and activities;
– Meetings with the team and client;
– Action for retention and renewal of projects;
– Identification of growth opportunities in projects;
– Control of deliverables;
– Customer service and relationship;
– Acting in the process of retention, renewal and upselling of projects;
– Management of the NPS of your customer portfolio.
Differentials:
– Experience in Digital Marketing agencies;
– Knowledge of tools such as Runrun.it, Trello, Google Analytics and Social Networks;
– Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools;
– Higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related areas.
