MLB stands for Matthew Lee Bowman (not Major League Baseball. I like baseball but not that much). In those days I was doing everything from sales to design to coding all on my own. Things were pretty simple.more clients and in turn more team members.


For the last several years I’ve thought about a name change jus jordan cell phone number list to give the company it’s own identity separate from mine. “MLB” was what my mother called me when I was in trouble as a child and I just couldn’t take it any more. After lots of good ideas and several bad ones (Sneak Attack? Grizzly Bear?) I kept coming back to a favorite Bible verse of mine: He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither.


In all that he does, he prospers. ~ Psalm 1:3 My hearts desire for my company, my employees, my clients and myself is that we would all be like that tree that never strays far from the source of life. Out of that desire came the name “Thrive”. To thrive is to grow or develop vigorously, to flourish.
