The big picture:
It has become more difficult to work, competitors are dumping prices, sacrificing quality. This generates a lot of negativity towards call centers in the market. It is understandable, clients get burned by such performers.
There are more "freeloaders" who want to work for a pure %, shifting all responsibility onto us. Moreover, products are not sold over the phone in principle.
Tinkoff went all out. In 3 months, as many as 12 offers came from call centers (subcontractors) to sell cards =))
However, there are also good points. For example, no one has real-time reporting in Google Docs. We are at the top! Just like no one has implemented remote management in 5 years. If you see something similar, write, we will take a look. The team is replenished with excellent operators and managers.
