How to prompt correctly
We may not be able to please you, but there is no such thing as a universal prompt. Something works differently for every company and type of content, and creating prompts will take practice before you master them. However, the following tips will at least help you get started.

When communicating with a chatbot, try to be as specific as possible to get a usable result. Put variables in square brackets or quotes to let the AI ​​know that it is relevant information.


Role determination – put the AI ​​in the position of the professional you need to create the text: “Imagine you are a professional copywriter.”
Content specification – tell the AI ​​what format the content should be prepared in and where it will be placed: “Generate topics for my LinkedIn profile posts. I work as a social media specialist at a marketing agency.”
Content topic – what the post should cover: “The post will include tips on the types and formats of content that businesses can create on their business profile on Instagram.”
Target group – who should the AI ​​post be written for: "The target group is business owners honduras phone number data and marketing staff in companies who want to present their services and products on Instagram."
Context – what context should the AI ​​include, for example, who you are: “I have been working for the marketing agency Včeliště as a social media specialist for more than 3 years. Location – if it is important, don't forget to mention the location where the AI ​​should place the text.
Tone of communication – light-hearted, professional, humorous, in the first person plural or singular…
Structure – short sentences, long sentences, paragraphs, bulleted lists…
Length – minimum or maximum number of characters.
Goal – to educate, persuade, inform, evoke emotions…
Other arbitrary rules – For example, “Start with a strong sentence that grabs attention” or “End the post with a call to action.”
