The company's shift is obvious, but what new things has Dominika learned as CEO?

I have learned to look at things more from a distance and try to have a helicopter view. At the same time, I feel that I no longer get distracted or annoyed by things that would have been insurmountable for me two years ago. However, I still place high demands on myself, as well as on others, which can sometimes be beneficial, but other times not.

What I still see as a gap is longer-term planning. It's still hard for me to look iceland phone number data beyond, say, 6 months, because I'm very aware of how much can change in that time. I'm also still learning how to keep a company competitive in a rapidly changing technological environment.

Do you have any tips on how to master leadership well?
As someone who jumps headfirst into everything, or rather I jumped into the Lab headfirst with almost no experience in leadership roles and as a relatively young bird, I'm still learning everything as I go. (laughs) Fortunately, I've surrounded myself with people who feel the same way, and together we push and move each other forward. For me, honest, regular and transparent communication in the company is the most important thing.

I myself am very critical of myself and often wonder if I behaved correctly. Therefore, I think that every leader should have a good self-reflection, be willing to accept a mistake. Building trust is also very important to me, it is connected with transparent communication. The ability to adapt to changes has also been mentioned here several times and is undoubtedly part of leadership.

And finally, of course, by educating ourselves and our team. It is important not to be afraid to invest in people, to move them forward. Since our team is mostly made up of young people, we have said to ourselves that we are all learning and we take mistakes as lessons for the future. As for any mentoring or coaching, I see that we would rather use external consultants in the future. Again, I do not want to give tips to seasoned matadors, we all have different things.
