Be specific with your questions

To encourage clear answers, avoid vague expressions and words usa mobile database and ask specific questions that respondents can answer without hesitation.

For example, vague questions such as "What do you think about our service?" are difficult to answer, and even open-ended questions do not elicit clear answers.

For the above question, it would be more effective to make it more specific, such as "How satisfied are you with the response speed of our customer support?"

If you choose multiple choice, provide appropriate options so that respondents can answer without hesitation.
