We recently implemented a CRM system and Worksection for a law firm.
Client Request is a lightweight system for processing potential clients and managing projects with the ability to work not only in the office, but also on the go between court hearings. The emphasis was on organizing the work of lawyers, as well as the simplicity and speed of their interaction with the sales department.

We immediately abandoned the complex ERP system, overloaded with functionality, for both the sales department and project management.

What did the client get as a result of implementing Worksection?
Thanks to flexible access rights settings and the company structure in Worksection, we were able to divide the legal departments so that the head of the department could see the projects and tasks of his lawyers, and each lawyer could see only his own projects and tasks. Considering the confidentiality of the legal information of each project, this was very important.
Worksection integrated perfectly with Pipedrive. We implemented the creation of a task in Worksection when a deal was won in Pipedrive without any customizations or involvement of programmers.

The integration takes into account which service was sold by the sales department, and the task is created for the head of the legal department responsible for this service. The client data required for further work with him is automatically transferred to the task.
The correct organization of the algorithm for managing legal projects in Worksection allowed the company's manager to easily track the status of each client and their legal case in each department through Kanban boards.
