I came to the company and received "thousands" of Excel files

When I first joined the company, I was given "thousands" of Excel files with different statuses from different employees. It was unclear what was going on, it was hard to structure the information and remember the tasks that were simply "pouring out" from all sides.



In addition, many projects were already a little lebanon mobile database behind schedule. Many projects needed additional attention. The priorities were generally unclear. But I needed to get the big picture . Then it was decided to look for a tool that would allow us to track everything that was happening in our team's projects.

We continued working with Excel and tried to maintain the tables that were given to us. We quickly realized that it did not work .

In Excel it was impossible to see what stage projects were at.

What else was difficult in Excel:
There was no way to write comments . It was difficult to understand at what stage the task was, its status, etc.
It was impossible to upload documents .
To update an Excel file, it was necessary to assign a person who would deal with this separately. This was unprofitable.

Our next solution was Google Docs , but this stage was short-lived. Information in Google Docs started to get lost, we forgot to record tasks, and it was impossible to track progress. In the end, these were the same problems as in the offline version of Excel.

Then we learned about Worksection and decided to give it a try.

On Friday we decided that we would work with this system, and on Monday we started using it.
