In the third and final part of the posts about the update, we will try to cover everything that we did not have time to talk about in the first and second .



General search
Why general? Because now it searches all My Menu lists at once . You can instantly find a Task, Project, Bookmark or person by part of the name or a few letters of the name.



In the image above, the query icon found matches in the following groups: Active projects / Tasks in progress / Closed tasks / Bookmarks / People / Archive
If you need to search in task description texts kuwait mobile database comments or file names, press the Magnifying Glass or ⌘ enter or ctrl enter , and you will be taken to the familiar Advanced Search page.

NEW If you forgot to switch the keyboard layout and wrote шсшт instead of icon , no problem, our search now searches in two layouts simultaneously.



We remind you that to focus the cursor in the search form "without a mouse", use the key combination Alt F

Please note! Some account pages have Contextual search for visible content. For example, in sections such as People, Tasks, Projects, Files. If you want to use General on pages with Contextual search , click the cross on the right side of the form.


Even if you forgot to remove the Contextual Search and entered a search query, it’s not a problem, to go to the General Search, just press enter , and to go to a separate page of Advanced Search, ctrl enter or click on the Magnifying Glass icon.

Adding everything via Green Plus
Friends, now everything you can create in your account is collected in a green plus. Here you will find Creating tasks, Subtasks (from task pages), Projects and Inviting people. And if you are in a task or subtask, you will also be able to create nested subtasks.



How to proceed to task creation immediately?
If you want to jump straight to creating a task, bypassing the drop-down menu of options, instead of the usual one, use a double-click or a shift- click .



In addition, as before, you can move on to creating a task by pressing Alt N .

New On the full-format task creation page, it is now possible to change the Project and nesting of the created Task during the creation process.


In other words, once you start creating a task in one project, you can change its location and make it a subtask in another without leaving the creation page.
