1 - Contextual search now searches for tasks by default, and if you need to find an executor, use @ and the first few letters of the last name or first name

2 — The filter I, which you are already familiar with, has been added to the filter panel.

3 — Added editing of tags and terms on the fly, without leaving the page. Now all tags and statuses are visible here in full size. However, if you have too many tags and they interfere in this view, you can hide them and leave only statuses View > Statuses Only

4 — Added an indicator of the presence of costs — square clocks behind the task name. In case of excess, they turn red. And in the More section, it became possible to filter task lists by the presence of costs

5 - Added a hint that can be closed and called again at any time using the F1 button


And now the most interesting part!

Transferring tasks between project participants


You can grab the "line" and drag it to another bahrain mobile database project participant's card - thereby reassigning task 1 .

There are two "technical cards" on the page - Any employee and No responsible 2 .
This allows you to take tasks that have not yet been assigned and assign responsible persons to them. Or, on the contrary, to reset the responsibility by transferring it to these cards.

When there are many tasks and participants, the entire page can take up several screens and it is not very convenient to drag it so far. Therefore, as soon as you grab a task, a "dock" appears below with avatars of employees to whom this or that task can be assigned 3 .

For example , if you grab a hidden task, then only the faces of those people who see it will appear below, and only one of them can be the new responsible.

If you don't like dragging things around, you can always mark several tasks at once and, as before, use mass operations, and not just reassignments.

All changes made by dragging must be Saved!
On pages with 1000 or more tasks, drag and drop is automatically disabled.
