Stage #5 – Customer Relationship (BOFU)
Once the lead has converted, the next step is to get closer to your customers.
It’s becoming increasingly important for your brand to put advertising aside and focus on teaching the customer how to use your solution to solve their problem. This close contact can become a competitive advantage.

Stage #6 – Retention (BOFU)
I know it took a long time, don’t be afraid, but it’s not over yet. Finally, it’s time to think about actions and content that focus on the challenge of retaining the customer you’ve acquired.
In other words, ensure that the consumer who already knows your brand and has purchased your product or service continues to make new transactions. This stage is essential, especially in the long term. In addition to continuing content production from the previous stage, it is important to regularly monitor and analyze your communication with the leader.
A very effective way to do this is to meet with the client one-on-one to create a case study to be used in the previous stages.
