This is a psychosocial intervention program of the Adecco Foundation whose mission is to increase the employability of people with disabilities. The care, which will be carried out from January 1 to December 31, 2025, will consist of personalized support from a team of experts in social and labor inclusion from the Adecco Foundation, as well as multidisciplinary professionals from different fields.

Another factor of inequality is the economic one. Currently, 32% of people with disabilities are at risk of poverty and/or exclusion (compared to 23% of the rest of the population) and 76% of families with people with disabilities find it difficult to make ends meet, paying additional expenses that can reach 30,000 euros per year , according to the latest report on Disability and Family by the Adecco Foundation. Specifically, 33% of the families surveyed admit, directly, that they do not make ends meet and 43.7% find it difficult to do so (9.3% have great difficulty making ends meet and 34.4% have difficulty).
“With the Family Plan we ensure that the family budget (often limited) is directed towards truly effective options that allow the disabled person to reach their full potential,” stresses Ana Múgica, head of the Family Plan.
