Millennials and centennials are the ones who are most willing to throw themselves into the arms of the metaverse

On the other hand, while 59% of baby boomers and 43% of Generation X consumers admit to having no interest in any activity directly related to the metaverse, this proportion is reduced to just 16% in the case of millennials and centennials . Ipsos' report suggests that consumers are not particularly interested (at least for now) in the plethora of activities that can be carried out in the metaverse . 65% say they are not excited at all about the possibility of travelling to their favourite destinations in the metaverse. And an even higher proportion of consumers (69%) are not attracted to the possibility of watching series and films in virtual environments.
