Use questions from others to interact on the page
Gardafriends goes one step further than just responding. They use questions from others to promote interaction on their own page. By letting go of control and letting fans help each other. This is difficult, Gardafriends admits. Especially in the beginning. But it saves time: “Sometimes they even respond faster than we do”, and it is nice to see that people feel so connected. It is noticeable that it is often the same people who respond. A smaller group that really feels part of the community.

The objectives of pages are therefore not always in line with what fans would like. However, different objectives do not have to conflict with each other. It is quite possible to have a page where promotion of products goes hand in hand with interaction between fans. As long as you show interest in your fans, know who they are and what their needs are, and are not afraid to give up control now and then. After all, it is your fans who create your page.

For those who don't know (anymore), remarketing is showing advertisements in the browser to people who have previously searched for your website. Before you start with remarketing, it is a good idea to make an inventory of the possibilities within your website. For example, can discount codes be used so that customers can use the code to get a discount on a specific trip? Can you send customers to specific landing pages, tailored to their interest in a type of holiday or destination? Are there cross-selling possibilities, such as selling cancellation or travel insurance? Can something be given away for free, such as a gadget, to finally convince potential bookers? Be aware of the possibilities so that you can respond to them.

Who is your visitor?
With the help of Google Analytics you can gain insight into your visitors. How long do visitors stay on your site on average, what device do they use, how long does it take on average before a nepal phone data purchase is made, what is the average amount spent, what does someone search for on your site and where do they drop out, for example?

The answers to these questions will give you insight into where you can use remarketing even more effectively. To get a good picture of your visitors, it is smart to set up segments in Google Analytics. My colleague Maarten Loeff has written an interesting article about this. In it, 53 applicable Google Analytics segments are highlighted, which are definitely worth analyzing.
