Another type of user you can add to your account is viewers. Like team members, they have access to the main boards, shared boards, and private boards you choose to include. The difference is that they only have non-editing access, meaning they can view the boards, see the information on them, but cannot create or edit new items on the boards.

Among the actions enabled for viewers, we can highlight the viewing of all boards from any open workspace in your account, and private if you decide to add them. They can also see updates, filter information within the board, edit their profile, open board views, view and customize information in My Work, export boards to Excel, even invite new viewers, unless you block this option in the settings.

However, viewers cannot create or delete boards. They also cannot add updates or own a board. As an admin, you can invite an unlimited number of viewers, regardless of the plan you czech republic telegram data subscribe to, as viewers will not be counted towards your billing.


Guest Users
Guests are users outside your company, such as clients, suppliers, freelancers , external consultants, etc. Unlike members and viewers, guests must have an email domain that is different from the email domains linked to your organization. Additionally, they can only be added to shareable boards (more on that below), so they won't be able to see information contained in main or private boards.

This feature will allow you to collaborate securely with people outside your teams, while maintaining the privacy of the information stored on both the main and private boards. It is an ideal way to carry out all your processes without leaving the platform to Excel or emails; but without your company having to pay for a user for those who are external.

The types of boards influence the access to information that they allow to the members of your account. Our recommendation, when in doubt, is to use "by default" private boards, where you have to add the people who should have access: it is better to restrict more and add, than to regret it.
