To create the habit of being productive, you have to be consistent. This means waking up at the same time every day, following your daily routine, and following any other rules you've set for yourself. Although it's normal to feel unmotivated and want to give up sometimes, BUT you have to show up. You have to get out of bed, you have to do your morning workout, even if it's just a stretch or two.
