COVID-19: we remain at your disposal

First and foremost, all our services are working as usual . Our IT team as well as our Customer Success and Support teams are fully equipped to maintain the quality of our platform and services. There is no reason for these to be impacted as a result of COVID-19.
How do we manage this?
1. Most of our employees are now working from home. Teleworking is bahrain whatsapp number data 5 million part of our standard processes and culture. We have the tools and security systems in place to work from home and operate as usual.
2. Following the advice of the World Health Organization, all employees have been given instructions on how to reduce the risk of contracting the virus, what steps to take if they are infected or come into contact with an infected person.
3. We have cancelled all non-critical business travel and are proposing that business meetings be conducted via video conference until we have indications that the risk is at a minimum.
What you need to keep in mind:
We were prepared to handle this situation well. Your Customer Success Manager does not change and our support team is at your disposal.
