The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has demanded that Ozon and Wildberries change the terms of sales on marketplaces, in particular auto promotions.
According to the FAS,Marketplaces are now creating unfair conditions for entrepreneurs, depriving sellers of the right to control the prices of their goods. All because of auto promotions - sales, where sites can include goods without the prior consent of sellers.
Marketplaces must make sellers' participation in sales voluntary overseas chinese in europe data by February 28, transparent and predictable process. If this is not done, the FAS will initiate a case for violation of antimonopoly legislation.
