The future is now! Our new Client Area and Site Tools are now available

About three years ago, we made the decision to develop a new interface to improve the way our customers create and manage their websites and hosting on SiteGround. Now, we are ready to share the results of all the hard work and show you the new features and design our team has created.
The whole process has been very rewarding but also challenging. We have hired over 20 people, including React developers, QA and others, and have expanded several teams in the company to meet the needs of the project. Now that we are close to the end, we are really proud of what we have accomplished together and happy to announce it to all of you!
Starting today, customers who sign up for our hosting services will use the lithuania mobile database new interface. For now, this excludes Cloud, Dedicated Server customers, and those purchasing through special partnerships. Customers who are currently using cPanel and the old User Area will be gradually moved to the new interface in the future, with prior notice.
Let's see together what improvements have been made and how they can help you better manage your sites.
UX improved with advanced technologies
The new interface makes site management much easier and more efficient. Built using REACT as a single-page application, it is fast and mobile-friendly, allowing you to manage your site and hosting from any device. Our beta testers have provided extremely positive feedback on the new user experience and have highlighted how the new interface is far ahead in terms of usability and functionality.
One of the paradoxes of digital product interfaces is that adding features and services can only cause more confusion. Without a thoughtful design, many users may feel overwhelmed by the number of tools, not knowing what to select and where to click to get what they want. For this reason, we have created tools that are really easy to use. We have reorganized the tools in the new Site Tools under specific categories such as speed, security, etc. so that it is faster to find what you need. Through Site Tools, you can now complete individual operations in just 1 click. For example, you can create FTP users, MySQL databases and much more, in just a few seconds. Additionally, we have included tips and tricks on every page and for every tool, so you can immediately know how and what to do.
Below, you can see the video presentation of the new Customer Area.
A new philosophy: the site is at the center of everything
The biggest change we have introduced is not the user experience, but a change of philosophy in rethinking the management of our tools. We have gone from focusing on the hosting account, to giving priority to the single website. Now, each site is a central unit from which to develop all processes and operations. The hosting plan has become a simple container of sites, while each site has its own Site Tools independently from the others within the same account. This change has been made meeting the needs of our customers. We know that what our customers really need is to develop and manage their own site and not to "play" with hosting services. We have therefore re-designed our interfaces with this in mind.
