She founded the Meetpsychology project and heads the Leadership Academy section at the Academy of Psychology. In today's interview, she will share with us her experiences, key topics of the course, and practical tips for better leadership.

Can you tell us what led you to study philology and psychology and how these fields have influenced your professional path?
I have always been fascinated by what lies behind people's words and actions. Philology allowed me to understand the depth and nuances of language, while psychology opened the door to the human mind. This combination has helped me immensely in both my professional and personal life. It has given me a better understanding of people's needs and motivations, which is key to effectively leading teams and building strong relationships.

You spent more than 20 years in leadership positions in a multinational corporation, which is quite a long time. What is the most valuable experience you have taken away from that?
If I had to pick one most valuable experience that leaders can gain in a multinational company, it would be the ability to work with people from different cultures and create an inclusive and diverse work environment. This ability is key to success in today's interconnected, globalized world.

What inspired you to found Meetpsychology and what are the main goals of this project?
I believe that psychological insights can significantly improve our interpersonal relationships and working lives. Meetpsychology aims to provide practical tools and skills that will enable people to better understand themselves and others, and thereby achieve greater satisfaction and success.
