A blacklist is a list of blocked numbers that prevents calls and messages from unwanted contacts. It can be created on any phone. We explain how blacklist works on iPhone.

Where to find the blacklist on iPhone
In the iOS operating system, finding a list of blocked subscribers is not so easy. We tell you the step-by-step process:

go to Settings;
go to Applications;
scroll to the Phone section;
At the bottom of the page we find the Blocked Contacts section - here is a list of honduras mobile database phone numbers that will not be able to call you.
So, in the iPhone you won’t be able to find the blacklist, because the settings section is called differently, which doesn’t change its essence.

How to Edit Blacklist on iPhone
If you need to remove a contact from the blocked list or, on the contrary, add a person there, our instructions will be useful to you, since the actions are not entirely obvious.

How to remove a contact from the blacklist:

open the blocked contacts section;
in the upper right corner we find the Edit button;
when you click Edit, each contact will have a minus icon;
To remove a contact from the blacklist, click on the minus sign to the left of the number.
Once you remove the number from the blacklist, he will be able to call you.

The blacklist itself does not have an option to add a contact there. To block a subscriber, you need to:

click on the phone icon on the bottom panel;
then in the bottom panel select the Contacts tab;
search or scroll to find the desired contact;
click on the name, open the contact menu;
Scroll to the Block Caller option - this will add the caller to your iPhone's blacklist.
Let's imagine that you received a call from an unknown number - spam or just an unpleasant contact, and you want to immediately add it to the blacklist, without saving.

This option also exists:

Click on the green tube icon;
Next is the Recent tab;
In the list of calls, find the number you want to block;
To the right of it, find the icon with the letter i;
In the list of options, select Block subscriber, the line is highlighted in red.
Note that the number will be added to the list of blocked subscribers without identification signs, which may make it difficult to edit the list in the future. Calls from spammers can be blocked quickly without saving. Now you know how to add a contact to the blacklist on iPhone - it takes a few seconds.

Other options when setting up calls
There are quite a few settings on the iPhone that relate to the contact list and calls. If you go to Settings - Applications - Phone, here are the options that will open:

Display style during a call - as a banner or full screen.
Voice announcement of calls - only in headphones, always or never. When you have headphones, it is very convenient to hear who is calling to decide whether to take the phone out of your pocket or not.
Show name and photo during a call - you can customize how your interlocutors will see your contact card during a call. The name, photo, and poster will be automatically displayed for all recorded contacts.
Wi-Fi calling - Activate this option if you want to make calls over the Internet rather than via cellular data when you have a wireless network.
Calls on other devices - If you allow this feature, your iPhone's cellular account will be used to make and receive calls on devices registered to your iCloud account when they're nearby and connected to Wi-Fi.
Reply with message - if you enable this option, the text message you specify will be automatically sent when you receive an incoming call. The text of the message can be edited.
Call forwarding - this item shows whether any call forwarding via a mobile operator is connected to this number.
Call waiting - if this option is activated, you will be able to put one call on hold during a call in order to talk on a parallel line at that time.
Show number - this setting determines whether your interlocutor will see your number or only your name.
Mute unknowns - Automatically mute calls from unknown numbers, such calls will be sent to the answering machine and displayed in the list of recent numbers. The call sound will be heard only from the recorded contacts, and also from those whom you recently called.
Call blocking and identification — here are listed applications that are able to identify calls thanks to their databases. Usually these are Beeline, Yandex, T-bank and other banks. Do not neglect the identification option, thanks to this a lot of spam is filtered out and useful contacts are identified — delivery services, hospitals, airlines, etc.
