It took no more than 2 weeks to adapt to all the processes. Some people started working through Worksection right away, while others waited a bit, but still came to the conclusion that it was useful and convenient.
We still give each other simple oral tasks. However, everything important is now recorded as a Worksection task. For work, we use the following system functions:
Projects, tasks and subtasks
The company's main tool is a task list. The advantage of Worksection is that the system turns a complex hierarchy of tasks into a simple list with convenient filters.
A project is a folder for tasks. For georgia mobile database each client, we create a separate project. This is necessary to unite the team around the client's order.
Each task can be assigned a responsible person, set a deadline, priority, mark it with a label, write a technical task and attach files. And what's cool is that you can attach subtasks and checklists to the task.
A checklist is a separate story. It's like a shopping list where you can cross off completed items. The task list shows everyone which items have been completed, when, and by whom.
