Many promotions followed, and after seven years, aj was the plant manager, running a factory, and I was lucky enough to hire him as the operations manager of the quality control center. Since then, AJ has thrived and grown tremendously, rising to the position of Director of QCS Operations. The great thing about aj is this: aj is a never-ending stream of enthusiasm and positivity that is contagious. His team loves working for him, and his calming influence rubs off on those around him. My favorite articles from aj: aj has written a lot of great articles over the years, but check out the lessons clients have learned from their telemarketing services.
Heather dubas Role: Senior Operations Manager Heather worked in the telemarketing azerbaijan phone number library services industry as an account manager and with qcs until she left the industry for many years to run the family business with her husband. Thankfully, she's eager to return to the industry she left a decade ago. However, we almost missed it by several days. I've been interviewing for a few weeks and plan to offer the position to the best candidate on Monday.
On the previous Sunday, Heather contacted Angela Garfinkel (QCS Chair) to inquire about the position. I delayed offering the position a day and interviewed Heather on Tuesday, which was one of the easiest hiring decisions I've ever made. Within five minutes I knew I was hiring her and she has been excelling ever since, starting her quality control journey as an Operations Manager and taking on the role of Senior Operations Manager earlier this year. The great thing about Heather is this: Heather is a person of strong character. Very good idea.
