There are two types of optin boxes you can add to your notifications. First, there's the standard one-step optin, which is a good start but easily overlooked by many users.
Internet users see this so often on different sites that they become blind to it.
Single step optin
Major browsers like Safari and Chrome only display two options: Allow or Block. If users click Block, you can no longer show them the pop-up window unless they reset their site settings. Users rarely, if ever, do this.
Additionally, you can't customize browser-based optins, making them virtually unusable.
The second type is the two-step optin. These optins require an additional step for gambling data taiwan users to agree to participate, but they are highly customizable.
We use a personalized optin via PushEngage to attract users' attention and provide them with a better experience.
Safari style push notification optin
This type of pop-up is much less intrusive. It allows users to politely decline and allows us to follow up with them after a certain period of time.
It also allows users to choose the segments they are interested in, making notifications more beneficial. They can choose to receive notifications about WordPress SEO , e-commerce, or email marketing, for example, but not about plugins and themes.
Once the user has chosen the types of notifications they want, the traditional Allow or Block pop-up window is displayed. Only then can they choose to allow notifications instead of blindly clicking the default block button.
