Interview Inés Muñíz, IIMN student and Digital Marketing Consultant in Corporate Talent

With a degree in Tourism and an MBA from FENA Business School, Inés Muñíz decided to complement her education by studying a postgraduate degree in Search Engine Marketing and Web Analytics . Through our Job Board, she landed an internship at Talento Corporativo , a company dedicated to the world of digital strategy. The company recognized her talent and decided to hire her as its Digital Marketing Consultant.
Inés, how did a Tourism graduate with an MBA get drawn to Web Analytics?
I: I was always interested in the world of Marketing. When I was interested in the MBA, I hesitated between doing a specific Master's in Marketing and I always had that thorn in my side. That's why, when I finally had the chance, I decided to study digital marketing and web analytics, as I saw great potential for developing my career and that it complemented my studies (the MBA).
We know that marketing has always been a part of your work experience to some extent. Why did you choose to specialize in digital marketing?
I: As I mentioned in the mexico mobile database previous question, I saw in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics the opportunity to expand my studies in an area that I believe has enormous potential and that, thanks to you, I discovered I loved.
What motivated you to study our Ppro-BA program? How did you decide on the IIMN?
I: One of your former students (my cousin) was the one who encouraged me to study the Postgraduate program and well, I decided on you because she recommended you and spoke wonders about the center.
The position you held at Corporate Talent is a far cry from your previous jobs. Has the adjustment been difficult?
I: I am currently working in the Agile Development and Digital Strategy area at Corporate Talent. Adapting to the job was easy, thanks to everyone who works at the company , from management to my colleagues.
