San Ignacio de Loyola University is a private university located in Lima, Peru. Founded in 1995 by Peruvian economist, businessman and politician Raúl Diez Canseco Terry, it is recognized as one of the main Peruvian universities focused on academic excellence and the training of entrepreneurial leaders without borders, and thus focus their mission and vision.
This institution had been a Datasocial client for some time, and they turned to us again to create a HubSpot form that, in addition to creating the contact, would connect to their own payment gateway, making the payment securely and complying with security protocols. With this, they sought to capture more leads and for this form to take them to their payment platform, without the need for intermediaries .
Project challenges
Due to the large number of courses, the number of implementations that had to be carried out was high. The company's main objective was to be able to manage the entire customer cycle from HubSpot itself.
The aim is to be able to access the payment platform without having to depend on any intermediary, and keeping the entire security chain intact.
USIL relied on Datasocial to create this implementation and also increase the number of leads.
The solution
Adding processes to a HubSpot form : Setting up a landing page with a list of telegram users in japan fully customized HubSpot form that, based on the data, will send the payment request and the user to the university's payment gateway, and the process will be completed, recording all the data in HubSpot. The solution to the challenge proposed by USIL is achieved mainly through an advanced implementation in CMS Hub, the customization of the HubSpot form and the creation of serverless functions that carry out the entire connection and data collection process from the payment gateway.
Implementation
The client's marketing team needed to be able to change form fields without affecting the data submission process and connection to their payment gateway. Therefore, they decided to work with HubSpot forms, but customizing the insertion code on a CMS Hub Enterprise website page. In this way, the information received from the form is recorded in the HubSpot account as contacts, and the payment process is initiated by connecting to the client's payment gateway, using a security token that requires integration with an external token-providing platform. For security reasons, and to hide all the connection parameters (so that they cannot be copied or replicated), it is proposed to carry out the entire process with the CMS Hub serverless functions functionality. The flow to follow in this implementation is the following:
The user accesses the form in HubSpot and will fill in the required data, then click the button and trigger the page submit.
A contact will be created with all the information from the form and a business using data from the program.
Then the serverless functions are activated and the University security system is asked to create a security token.
The functions invoke the transaction/validate-information method to which it will send the data of the origin, the product and the person, additionally in the Header it will send the token generated in the step.
We achieved success with USIL
