The problem: An ERP with poor integration
Forward Future is a logistics operator specialising in e-commerce. Due to its activity, it needs a warehouse management system that allows it to manage more than just billing and accounting, in order to keep an accurate record of the movement of goods and the various transactions it carries out with customers.
Until recently, the company had a non-scalable ERP with little integration into its business. It should be noted that in its daily activity, it is often more important to carry out adequate management and exchange of data with customers than the physical and product operations that take place in warehouses.
Considering that they were using an ERP that canadian biotechnology email list was not evolving according to the company's needs and that, in addition, they were interested in better integrating with the WMS, they decided to consider renewing the ERP with a much more complete option that would cover the company's needs and help them evolve.
The solution: Sage 200 Advanced
What could be the solution to the Forward Future problem? Given that the company was very satisfied with the Sage software, we proposed migrating to Sage 200 Advanced.
When studying the process to be carried out, two variables were studied:
On the one hand, ERPs that were exclusively oriented to logistics activity.
And, on the other hand, ERP solutions whose business functionality is complete, but which should be adapted to represent the business model of a logistics operator such as Forward Future.
Finally, they decided to carry out a complete integration with a software that would solve the problems they could find with other management programs. That is why they chose Sage 200 Advanced, which also offered a good quality-price ratio, as well as benefits in the development of new functionalities.
The integration of Sage 200 Advanced into Forward Future has proven to be a success story in management.
