We do what we need to do to be productive and tools can help a lot. But they have to be purpose driven and tailored to the needs of employees. The danger now is that we put technology first again, we have to be vigilant about that.”

You can't fix everything
“The digital environments we offer are often too italy telegram datacomplex. You can find out by spending a few days with your employees. You will quickly get to know the users of your platform and identify a few things that you can tackle right away. But be careful: you can't solve everything. Start small, do the right small thing . Tackle something that really helps your employees and continue from there.”
