Ask politely

We're not suggesting that you send emails to every webmaster you meet asking for links to your site. That's the quickest way to annoy them and create an air of SPAM around your company. What we are saying is that there are circumstances where asking for a link to your site is okay.

For example, let's say your company was mentioned on a page with some authority. The country wise email marketing list mention is well done and they even cite the source where they got the information but they didn't add any link to your page. In this case, it's reasonable to send them an email thanking them for the mention and asking them to link directly to the source when citing it.

Using these 4 strategies to build good links will take time and effort, but the results will be noticeable. Not only will you increase the authority of your page and the reputation of your company, but you will be prepared for the new search engine algorithms and your website will always be well positioned.
