Extending such an interactive experience is the PDF converter tool. Among the many features offered by Canva, the PDF converter converts various file formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint to PDF format, bridging the rich world of interactive PDFs. In other words, it allows users to easily convert files from various formats to PDF format. The beauty of this process is that it transforms content from different starting points into an interactive and engaging format that encourages user participation.
From educational materials to business iran phone number library presentations, surveys to reports, all types of content become more accessible and interactive with this transformation. PDF converters open up new ways to share and present information, transcending the boundaries of traditional documents.
Adding hyperlinks to your document lets you add clickable text, frames, or graphics that link to somewhere or something else. They're often used to link to external URLs, but they can link to all sorts of things:
Email window (this is like when you click on someone's online contact information and it opens your email and creates a new draft with the sender's email in place)
Text link (this can take you to another part of the page or document after you click on it)
Shared target (a target from any InDesign document)
Now let's add some hyperlinks! I'll explain how to do it below:
Open the 'Hyperlinks' panel.
With the highlighted words or graphic selected, you'll click the 'New' button, which looks like a piece of paper with a folded corner at the bottom of the 'Hyperlinks' window.
In the window that opens, add the URL (or any destination – this will depend on the type of hyperlink you’re adding). If this is a destination you’ll be using again, check the box next to ‘Shared Hyperlink Destination’. As for the appearance settings below, leave the ‘Type’ set to ‘Invisible Rectangle’. Also turn off the ‘Highlight’ option.
If you turn any text into a hyperlink, you can change the appearance of that text by going to the 'Character Styles' menu and double-clicking on 'Hyperlink Character Style' from the list. This will open a window where you can change the font, color, size, etc. for all your hyperlinks.
