If your country is not listed in Merchant Center or for some reason you cannot set up an account in GMC, you can create your own custom data feed containing product data and then use it in a dynamic campaign. A custom data feed is nothing more than a table in csv, tsv, xls or xlsx formats containing data with attributes of your products.
The custom feed must contain the following attributes: ID, product title, product description, price, url, and url to the product image. These are the basic attributes that are required to display products in a dynamic ad. Optionally, you can add additional parameters such as category name, sale price, additional images, etc.
The figure below shows an example of a correctly verified data file.

You can add multiple product files to your company database, especially if your store offers a wide range of products. Once your file is ready, simply upload it to Google Ads. To do this, go to the Company Databases tab and click “+”. Then, select the channel for your dynamic advertising campaign and its type.

After opening the channel, it is necessary to upload from the computer made in the table in the data file. Then, the Google Ads tool will display a notification about how many products have been accepted and how many rejected. Initially, there will be a message "In Review".
Here is a list of the most common errors that appear when working with custom data files:
invalid urls,
description or title value too long,
incorrect or missing data file attributes,
duplicate data file element key.
If your feed contains only a few errors, you can correct them paytm database yourself in the interface. Otherwise, you need to reload the feed with the correct data.
Once you have submitted your feed, it will take some time to verify it. No ads will be displayed until it is verified. Verification usually takes up to 3 days, if it takes longer, please contact Google Ads customer support.
After the file has been correctly verified, you can start creating a dynamic campaign - we do this in the same way as when using a file from the Merchant Center, only instead of it, we indicate the added file in the company database.
Summary
Dynamic remarketing is currently one of the most commonly used forms of display advertising in Google Ads. Most website users do not decide to make a purchase during their first visit. If, after some time, such a user sees an ad for items they were interested in earlier, there is a very high probability that they will decide to make a purchase. The chance of a purchase increases even more if, for example, a price reduction follows remarketing. Configuring remarketing requires very good knowledge of tools such as Google Merchant Center, Google Web Designer, and Google Tag Manager. The simplest situation is when we already have Google Merchant Center configured.
